As usual, I can't wait!!!

Time to dig into the archives of God's promises! What word or words and promises have you been given either through a prophetic gifting or the Word of the Lord? When did you last take it out, pray over it and see what movement God is making on behalf of the word of promise?

Recently a friend reminded me of a word I received several years back, which honestly I don't remember, but she does. Being reminded of that word felt like years were added to my life. What really happened is that God's calling upon me became infused again in my own heart with the reminder of His promise, His blessing, His calling. When we know God is the author of promise and blessing, we give praise to Him, we yield to Him. Pastor Len brought out a great example a couple of weeks back about not parking under the sign that says "Metro Center Mall" and then getting out and saying, "Well, I guess we're here. This is it, that's what the sign says." No. The sign simply points out the direction. Words and promises are the same. So, get it out, dust it off if necessary and take it before the Lord, yielding the promise and the hope it brings you, to the Lord.

I hope that makes sense.

Hey, let's pray for each other, pray for the words and promises He's given to each other even if you don't know what someone else's is just that it's God.
